1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of natural cosmetic products offered on the website www.glow-look.com between Glow Look (the Seller) and any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the site (the Customer).

2. Products
The products sold are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations (color, texture…) may occur due to the natural and artisanal nature of certain items.

3. Prices
Prices are listed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), including all taxes. Glow Look reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. Orders
Any validated order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is sent after payment validation.

5. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. All transactions are secure.

6. Delivery
– Delivery in Morocco within 2 to 5 business days.
– Shipping fees are specified during checkout.
– Glow Look is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable laws, the customer has 7 days to return an unused and unopened product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Liability
Glow Look is not responsible for misuse of the products. Products should be stored away from heat, light, and out of reach of children.

9. Personal Data
Collected information is used solely for the business relationship. It is not shared or sold. Customers may request deletion of their data at any time.

10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.glow-look.com (texts, images, logo, products) are the exclusive property of Glow Look. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without written permission.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, only Moroccan courts will have jurisdiction.
